Rental of offices

Starting in September, three new office spaces will be available in the Wester Theater building.
The offices vary in size between 20-45 m² and are equipped with air conditioning.
There is a furnished pantry with a luxury coffee machine and a private restroom block.

Rental prices range between €400 and €850 per month per space, excluding VAT and service costs (17.5% of the rental price).
A unique aspect of this project is that all proceeds from Wester Theater are used to promote its Christian foundation and mission.

Tram 4 stops right in front of the door, Metro Coolhaven is around the corner, and a parking garage is within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby.
